Industrial ovens are usually large in size and used for preheating and drying production batch material. An Industrial drying oven is mostly used in industries related to electronics, semiconductor, polyurethane, polymer, rubber and pharmaceutical etc. With digital temperature controller, air blower unit and heaters they generate heating environment required for drying, aging, annealing or curing applications.

We are making cost effective though high performing industrial ovens for over 30 years. Standard ovens are equipped with digital temperature controller, air blower unit and tubular air heaters. Depending upon applications, these ovens are provided with wire mesh cable trays or movable trolley with in-built racks.

We also make industrial ovens with customized chamber size at economical price as per customer's specific requirements.

The chamber size is custom built as per the requirement of the customer. The Temperature Range varies up to 400°C.

Types of Industrial Ovens

We manufacture ovens which can be operated by electrical mechanism, oil fired and gas fired system as per the customers requirement, and it can be used by both ferrous and non-ferrous industries. We also take up job for repair / modification / conversion of ovens and also keep in stock, spares of all furnace related parts. Our range of products includes following types of ovens :

  • Temperature Range : The standard temperature range of a hot air oven is up to 250°C; we also make high temperature hot air ovens with maximum temperature range up to 400°C.
  • Temperature Controller : It is the backbone of any hot air oven, we always equip our hot air ovens with imported and branded temperature controllers that feature auto-tuning and display both set value (SV) and process value (PV). It is also responsible for accuracy of temperature during the entire cycle.
  • Heating Element : Tubular air heaters are considered best for hot air oven so we manufacture them in our own unit and offer fast heat up using minimum energy consumption.
  • Air Circulation : In order to circulate uniform air throughout the chamber forced air circulation is achieved by motorized blower. We use only branded motor and blower assembly for this purpose. It is fitted at rear side or top side of the chamber as per convenient.
  • Construction : Rugged construction is prime requisite of any hot air oven. Our ovens are made of thick steel sheets that are nicely jointed through arc welding. External cabinet is usually made of powder coated GI sheet and also SS 304 sheets are used where there is customer demand.
  • Optional Accessories : We also offer many optional features and accessories with our hot air oven such as we can also equipment these units with data logging and monitoring device, digital soak timer, toughened glass window and PLC based HMI controller etc.
  • Convection Ovens do not have air circulation inside the chamber. It is considered ideal for gentle drying and heating of powder samples and materials that are light weight and may disturb by forced air. These ovens offer less temperature uniformity.
  • Our convection ovens meet all needs of baking, sterilizing, annealing, drying and testing etc.
  • Each model is made with MS (stainless steel on demand) inner chamber and outer cabinet is made with MS or GI sheet with corrosion resistance powder coating on it. Digital temperature controller with temperature sensor controls the temperature and keeps uniform throughout test cycle.
  • These ovens offer three side heating; right and left sides and bottom; therefore, temperature uniformity can be maintained easily without fan.
  • We also have economy models, which are made with aluminium chamber and thermostatic temperature controller; such units are comparatively available at low price.
  • Tray drying oven is widely used in laboratories, pharmaceutical, food, chemical and automobile industries to remove moisture content from final product.
  • In this, samples are put in trays, loaded on trolley and then dried under heated chamber under different temperatures ranging up to 400°C etc. with air circulation.
  • We manufacture electric tray dryers for laboratory use and production scale in pharmaceutical, food processing industries etc. These tray dryers are available in different capacities as per the requirement of customer and nature of job.
  • In order to minimize drying cost and time; it is ensured that there should be efficient air velocity between trays and gap between trays should be uniform.

  • Design : Our vacuum ovens are designed in both rectangular and square chamber and round chamber as required and the capacity is available as per customer’s requirement.
  • Construction : A vacuum oven must be made rugged and leak proof; therefore, we make these units thick gauge of MS or Stainless Steel sheets, fabricated and jointed with arc welding and nicely designed. Exterior cabinet is usually made of powder coated GI sheet; while the inner chamber is made of stainless steel 304 or 316 supported with high density glass wool insulation. We also make GMP vacuum oven having both inner and outer made of stainless steel.
  • Vacuum : We install imported digital vacuum display and controller for precise accuracy. Vacuum intake and release valves are fitted on either side of unit.
  • Door : The door is also made of thick gauge of steel and durable clamp to close the door.
  • Temperature : The temperature range of standard vacuum oven ranges up to 400°C, which is controlled through microprocessor based temperature controller having dual display of set value (SV) and process value (PV). It is supported with temperature sensors.
  • Temperature Range : The temperature range of our humidity ovens ranges up to 60°C. The temperature is generated using air heaters with fins. This range can be increased as per user requirement.
  • Humidity Range : The humidity range remains between 80% to 95% RH and generated using stainless steel water tank with immersion heaters with steam injection method. Humidity system has safety feature of low water level.
  • Controller : For both temperature and humidity control, we use microprocessor based controllers, which gives excellent accuracy and uniformity throughout the test cycle. It features soft keypad with easy to read LCD screen.
  • Construction : The construction of our humidity controlled oven is double walled. Inner chamber is made of stainless steel 304; while external cabinet is made of powder coated GI sheet, which is powder coated to offer rust proof performance. The gap between these two walls is filled with thick layer of glass wool insulation.
