Types of Industrial Furnaces
We manufacture furnaces which can be operated by electrical mechanism, oil fired and gas fired system as per the customers requirement, and it can be used by both ferrous and non-ferrous industries. We also take up job for repair / modification / conversion of furnace and also keep in stock, spares of all furnace related parts. Our range of products includes following types of furnaces :
- These furnaces can be operated using electrical mechanism, oil fired system and gas fired system.
- These are used mainly used in Wire industries, forging industries, casting industries, chemical industries etc.
- They are commonly used for tempering of metal.
- This is a customized item and manufactured as per the customer’s requirement.
- We provide furnace with bucket or drum which is kept inside the furnace so that the elements are not damaged by the material.
- These are highly productive and requires high Investment for setting up in the production process.
- These are mostly used for annealing of Strips in coil form, wire rod in coil form, forging components loaded in baskets etc.
- These furnaces have low production cost /Ton compared to other furnace and quality of annealing is also very good.
- Bell annealing furnaces comes with a high convection Recirculation Fan assembly for maintaining uniformity in temperature.
- These furnaces are used for tempering, annealing or quenching of big metal products which cannot be easily handled or carried away.
- It has a two door opening mechanism in which the bogie carrying the material is inserted in the furnace using wheels in the bogie which runs over the channel and comes out from the other end.
- Mostly these furnaces are provided with air circulation mechanism for proper circulation of heat.
- The temperature ranges up to 1250°C.
- These are mainly constructed in single door or double door depending upon the size of material and size of furnace required.
- In this the heating elements are installed on the inner walls of the furnace and the material is kept in the drum or bucket so that there is no contact between material and elements.
- These can be operated through electrical mechanism, oil or gas fired system.
- These furnaces are unique in design as the heating wire is wrapped over the muffle pot using high temperature cement and the material is kept in the muffle pot.
- These are used for small size materials for melting, annealing and tempering purpose.
- Muffle pots come in different standard sizes such as 4"x 4" x 9", 5"x 5"x10", 6"x 6"x12", 9"x 9"x12" and 9"x 9"x18".
- These furnaces are used for heat treatment of metals where the time required for keeping the material in furnace is not much.
- In this, the material is kept on a moving conveyor which works on automatic motor mechanism. This conveyor enters in the furnace from one end and comes out from another end.
- These furnaces are used for medium production output.
- Fine wires of metals are annealed in this type of furnace.
- There are number of pipes along the length of the furnace and the wires pass through the pipes. It is a continuous type of furnace.
- The material available after the process is finished material. It comes along with a cooling chamber or quenching tank at the discharge of the furnace.
- Our Newly developed Continuous Wire Heating Machine has been made for Wire Drawing Machine Equipment.
- It can generate heating for Heating Wire, Brazing Wire, EDM Wire etc. It has the function of Welding Joint as well.
